What you pay for delivery

delivery costs nothing once an order reaches ₹999 ; smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, applied once to the whole order.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

When it will arrive

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days — after which the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.

3:00 PM IST is the cut-off; past it your order is packed for the next working day.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees . Festival traffic, weather and local restrictions all stretch them, and we will say so if we learn a parcel is delayed.

Which addresses we serve

Delivery is to Indian addresses only, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take . In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

When a parcel arrives wrong

A short video of the parcel being opened protects you. Report damage, a wrong item or a missing piece within 48 hours with that footage and we cover everything.

An incomplete address or repeated failed attempts send the parcel back to us . A second attempt costs the flat delivery charge again, once you give us a working address.
