Orders get placed by accident . What follows explains the window and the refund.

Before it leaves

Nothing is charged to cancel while the parcel is still in our hands, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 9987833445. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

After the parcel leaves

Dispatch is the point of no return for a cancellation — refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return instead; the 10 days window still applies.

Refund timing on a cancellation

Prepaid orders stopped before dispatch are refunded in 5 to 7 working days, which follows the Reserve Bank of India timeline.

Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch, so there is nothing to refund, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

When we cancel

There are orders we have to stop . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
