Here is what we hold about you, and why — why we hold it, how long, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Data we hold

• Your name, address, email and phone — the minimum a delivery needs
• Order history, so we can answer questions about past purchases
• The routine data any web server records: IP address, device, pages opened

We hold no card or banking credentials, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.

Why we need it

So we can dispatch, reply, process returns, and satisfy Indian tax and consumer record rules . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.

Third parties

Your details reach the courier and our hosting and email suppliers, and stop there, and none may use the data for their own purposes. Disclosure to authorities happens only under legal obligation.

We never ask which door a lock is for, or anything about the property it will be fitted to.

Retention

Orders and invoices remain on file for the statutory retention period and no longer — enquiries that never became orders are cleared once closed, and nothing is kept indefinitely for its own sake.

Cookies

The basket and login need cookies to work; beyond that we only count page views . Blocking them in your browser is your call, but checkout stops working.

There is no newsletter and no marketing list here, so the only mail from us is order correspondence.

Your rights

Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Send the request to our Grievance Officer at the address below; we respond within a reasonable period.

Grievance Officer

Data complaints belong with the Grievance Officer — [email protected], or by post at Diva Shil Rd, Shilgaon, Thane, Maharashtra 421204, India . Writing “Grievance” in the subject gets it to the right place faster. It is a role, filled from our own team, and every complaint is acknowledged and answered.

Keeping it safe

HTTPS covers the site, and only the staff who pack orders can open order records . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
