Suppliers deliver to us, we check and shoot it, and it goes live . We hold what we sell rather than passing orders to someone else to fulfil.

What we are — and what we are not
We are a shop: we buy door hardware & locks, hold it, and sell it as Caltura Vault — shipping across India and answerable for every order we take.
Goods are bought in from suppliers and listed under our own name. We do not manufacture anything, and we hold no dealership or agency for any brand.
If there is a problem
we need 1–2 business days to check and pack — then after that the courier needs 3–9 business days, longer for remote pin codes.
Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.
The return window is 10 days; refunds follow within 7 business days — and we do not offer a direct exchange, which we say up front rather than at the point you need it.
